Car Flies into 2 Backyards After Collision | San Diego

08.24.2021 | 8:35 AM | SAN DIEGO – The female driver of the Hyundai went across Del Sol Blvd from Twining Ave to Marcwade Dr. She took away the “right of way” from the male driver of the gray sedan as he was eastbound on Del Sol Blvd. The two vehicles collided and the female along with her small granddaughter left the street and hit a “Stop” sign and then flew into a backyard going through the fencing and the went through that yard, hit another fence and into a second backyard after hitting a tree. Good Samaritans helped get the older woman and her granddaughter out of the wreckage. The male driver suffered a dislocated shoulder and was transported to Mercy Hospital and the small child was taken to Rady Childrens to be checked out.
