Car Flees After Fatally Hitting Man Outside 7-Eleven

DETAILS:
- A man crossing on the marked crosswalk was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver.
- LAFD responded to the scene, but sadly, the man was beyond medical help.
- The accident was witnessed by two construction workers working nearby who stopped at the 7-Eleven.
- The suspected hit-and-run driver was last seen fleeing Eastbound on Adams Blvd from Grand.
- LAPD officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage to try to get a vehicle and plate number.
- Suspect last seen in a dark Nissan Titan with front TC damage.
- The detective at the scene had no additional information at this time, and they continued to hope to find some cameras that got a clear shot of the suspect.
