Car Explodes into Flames After Possible DUI Hit & Run Crash

LOCATION: Tampa Ave and Sherman Way

DETAILS:
- An Unknown type of vehicle that was destroyed in the fire was involved in a traffic collision with 2 other cars.
- One of the cars burst into flames.
- The Driver of the car that caught fire took off on foot, leaving behind two of the passengers. According to LAPD the passengers left behind are intoxicated.
- The two people that the hit and run suspect left behind can be seen sitting down on the sidewalk curb. 1 asian female and an asian male being questioned by police.
- LAPD is investigating the crash as a DUI Hit and Run Crash and is currently looking for cameras that might have caught the crash.
- Unknown how many were transported to the hospital that were in the other vehicles.
- Two SOTs and 2 cell phone videos of the car on fire were added.
- The crash was so loud it brought the whole neighborhood out.
