Car Crashes into Bank, Tow Truck Helps Driver Get Away

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 3:30 am 5-16-25
LOCATION: Sepulveda and Palms

DETAILS:

1. A driver lost control and crashed into a Wells Fargo bank.
2. According to a witness who did not want to be on camera said that after the crash, a tow truck came and dragged the car away from the scene, and also took the driver with him in the tow truck.
3. The witness said that the car was being towed away, creating a lot of sparks because the wheels were messed up and it just dragged on the street.
4. LAPD traffic has been requested.
5. I tracked down a witness that recorded the suspects getaway with the help of a tow truck who pulled the vehicle off of the bank before police arrived.
