Car Crash Rescue (Caught On Camera) | San Diego

01.10.2022 | 5:28 AM | SAN DIEGO – The male driver for unknown reasons went off of the roadway on the off-ramp from the northbound I-805 to Home Ave. The car crashed into the fencing over a storm channel and the fence was the only thing holding the vehicle from going over the side. The driver was unconscious but breathing. Firefighters had to break the windows to open the doors and pull the man to safety. The male was rushed to a local hospital.
