1. On July 18th, 2026, at about 12:48 AM, San Bernardino PD, County Fire, and AMR responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of West Mill Street and North Rancho Avenue in San Bernardino.
2. While en route to the crash, the incident was upgraded to a traffic collision with extrication.
3. After the first engine arrived at the scene, it was discovered that all parties were out of the vehicle, and no extrication was needed.
4. Two occupants were transported with unknown injuries.
