Camarillo: RV Fire In Driveway Spreads To Home

04.06.2019 | 12:46 AM | CAMARILLO – A home was damaged by fire that spread from an RV parked in its driveway, Saturday morning.

Authorities responded to the reported vehicle fire in the driveway of a home in the 1900 block of Dewayne Avenue around 12:46 AM.

Crews arriving on scene found an RV engulfed in flames that had begun spreading to an adjacent home.

Firefighters doused the flames and were able to prevent the fire from spreading further into the building.

The fire was knocked down within 25 minutes.

No injuries were reported and the cause remains under investigation.
