Camarillo: High-Speed Maserati Pursuit Ends In Crash

01.14.2019 | 12:45 AM | CAMARILLO – A suspected DUI driver was under arrest after leading officers on a high-speed pursuit in a Maserati Ghibli, Monday morning.

Officers attempted to stop a suspected DUI driver on the southbound I-101 around 12:45 AM.

The driver of the vehicle failed to yield, fleeing from officers at speeds in excess of 150 MPH.

A short distance later the driver lost control of his Maserati Ghibli and spun out after striking the center divider.

Police quickly took the man into custody without further incident.

The man refused to provide a breath sample and was taken to an area hospital by officers for a blood draw.

No injuries were reported.
