Burglars Smash Into Shoe Store In Los Angeles Fashion District
Los Angeles police responded to a reported break-in at a shoe store in the Fashion District early Wednesday morning after two suspects were observed breaking glass on surveillance cameras.
On October 28, 2026, at approximately 1:15 a.m., LAPD officers responded to Focus Footwear, located at 745 East Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles.
According to information from the scene, the store’s owners observed two suspects breaking glass through their surveillance system.
Responding officers discovered broken glass, evidence of a damaged lock, and a large sledgehammer outside the business.
An LAPD air unit assisted officers by checking the rooftop and surrounding area for possible suspects.
It remains unclear whether the suspects managed to steal any merchandise before leaving the location.
No arrests were made at the scene.
