Burbank: Garage Fire Spreads To Home, Person Found Deceased Inside

07.13.2020 | 3:09 AM | BURBANK – A garage fire spread to a home and led to the discovery of a deceased person, early Monday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a fire in the 500 block of North Parish Place around 3:09 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a garage engulfed in flames and initiated an aggressive fire attack.

Firefighters doused the blaze but not before the fire spread into the attached home through an attic.

A person was found deceased inside the home after it was extinguished.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
