LOCATION: Manchester and Hoover St
AREA/CITY: South LA
DETAILS:

1.  A huge water main break has turned street into a flowing river.
2. Manchester Ave is flooded from Vermont Ave to the 110 Freeway and South And North of every street in between.
3. The 110 onramp south and 110 offramp south is flooded too.
4. water will be affected for many residents on Thanksgiving.
5. MANY RESIDENTIAL STREETS HEAVILY FLOODED. ADDED VIDEO
