Boyle Heights: Shooting Leaves One Dead, Another Injured

11.17.2019 | 10:07 PM | LOS ANGELES – One person was dead and another was injured after a shooting, Sunday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with victims down in the 1800 block of East First Street in the Boyle Heights area around 10:07 PM.

Units arriving on scene located two victims down suffering from gunshot wounds.

Firefighter paramedics treated both victims on scene before transporting them to area hospitals in critical condition.

One of the victims later succumbed to their injuries.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting including motive or any suspect information was not immediately available.
