Box Truck Flips Onto Houston HOV Lane

At approximately 3:40 a.m. on May 20, 2026, emergency crews responded to reports of an overturned box truck near Travis Street and Girard Street in Houston.

Investigators say the box truck reportedly left the main lanes of Interstate 10 before overturning onto the HOV lane below near the University of Houston-Downtown area.
