Border Wall Hopper Gets Rescued After Getting Stuck

10.15.2020 | 1:14 PM | SAN DIEGO – A male International traveler made it up & over the main border fence and then attempted to climb over the secondary fence. He got hung up on the top of the fence in concertina barbed wire and started to get cut by the barbed wire. He was hanging on to the top of the fence with no foot support.

Firefighters climbed the fence with ladders and had to cut him out of the concertina wire. Once down, he was taken into custody by the U.S. Border Patrol and transported to a local hospital for his injuries.
