Border Patrol Agents Stop to Aid Accident Victims

LOCATION: SB I-5 “S Curve”
AREA/CITY: San Diego
DETAILS:
- 3 vehicles collided with each other and spun a pickup into the left shoulder facing the wrong way.
- A van load of U.S. Border Patrol agents spotted the crash & turned on their code lights, and made a U-Turn on the freeway to try and help the victims.
- The agents started giving 1st aid to the four victims.
- The CHP stopped all freeway traffic while the firefighters arrived.
- There were no serious injuries.
