BMW Drivers Strikes Scooter Type Motorcycle and Flees

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 5-31-25 | 10:30pm
LOCATION: struck at Pico & Norton   stopped at Crenshaw & Pico
AREA/CITY: Arlington Heights
DETAILS:

1. BMW driver hit a street legal scooter type motorcycle and continued on
2. Victim was reported unconscious and not breathing, was transported with CPR
3. Driver called his brother as he left without rendering aid
4. Brother told him to stop and pull over
5. Brother called police and told them were the BMW driver stopped at
6. Brother can be seen at scene sitting on a bucket
7. BMW driver arrested for possible DUI & HitRun
8. There was a California licenses plate on the scooter thing (possible wheelchair type thing)
