BMW Driver Crashes Into Fire Hydrant And Runs Away | Oxnard

08.15.2021 | 2:05 AM | OXNARD – Oxnard City Fire Crews responded to a call of a vehicle versus hydrant near the intersection of Wagon Wheel Rd and Cactus Dr.

When units arrived on scene, they located an unoccupied BMW on the sidewalk next to a large geyser.

It took crews approximately 45 minutes to shut the water off.

The driver fled the prior to units arriving on scene.
