1. For an unknown reason, the female driver of the car struck the center divider and entered the center lanes, where she collided with a semi-truck with a trailer.
2. The trailer ran over the car.
3. The truck driver stopped approximately 300 yards away.
4. The woman was extricated and transported with unknown injuries to a local hospital.
5. Commuter traffic is backed up on the westbound Hwy 94.
