Beverly Hills: BLM Protesters Arrested After Assaulting Officer

07.23.2020 | 8:00 PM | BEVERLY HILLS – About a dozen protesters affiliated with a Black Lives Matter protest, Thursday night.

A protest at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Wilshire turned violent around 8:00 PM.

One officer was reportedly assaulted during the protest but it was unclear what injuries they sustained.

About a dozen of the protestors were arrested after they failed to disperse when the gathering was declared unlawful.
