Bell Gardens: Police Fatally Shoot Suspect

11.21.2018 | 10:15 PM | BELL GARDENS – Officials were investigating after a a suspect was shot and killed by police, Wednesday night.

Deputies responded to reports of an officer involved shooting in the 5900 block of Loveland Street around 10:15 PM.

Units responding confirmed at least one suspect was dead at the location as a result of police gunfire.

Another man who was reportedly stabbed in his head was also located near the shooting location and transported to an area hospital.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately clear.

Homicide detectives were on scene investigating the incident.
