At least 8 Illegal Immigrants Detained in Human Smuggling Boat Landing

LOCATION: 300 blk of Coast Blvd.
AREA/CITY: San Diego
DETAILS:

 

  1. U.S Border Patrol Agents reportedly detained up to eight illegal immigrants after they landed on the rocks at a surf break known as “Hot Dogs” in a small pleasure craft (boat)
  2. How many immigrants were on the boat when it landed is unknown.
  3. SDFD Firefighters and Civilians were seen gathering up several gas cans.
  4. SDFD HazMat was called in to handle the gasoline and remove them.
  5. The U.S. Border Patrol has arranged for a Tow Boat to come and drag the boat off the rocks
