4.18.2021 | 7:42 AM | El CAJON – A crazed arsonist broke into a 2nd-floor apartment and started vandalizing the apartment before eventually torching it Sunday morning.
Authorities started receiving calls regarding the early morning disturbance shortly before 7:45 along the 2700 Block of Chatham Street. Eventually, the building was set on fire as the crazed woman continued to start more fires around the building.
