Arrests Made Cars Do Donuts in DTLA Protests

LOCATION: Cesar Chavez and Vignes

DETAILS:

1. Unknown number of protesters were detained inside the tunnel.
2. Two people were taken in handcuffs to the hospital with unknown injuries possibly from LAPD less lethal ammo.

DETAILS:

1. A small group of protesters blocking traffic.
2. A few cars were doing donuts almost hitting other protesters.
3. LAPD was called in and protesters were trying to block them in and using flags to hit vehicles.
