Armed Suspects In Stolen Dodge Ram Take Police On Pursuit, Houston, TX

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 0200am 10-6-25
LOCATION: 3700 Block of Elgin St
AREA/CITY: Houston
DETAILS:

1. HPD Eastside units attempted to pull over a rolling stolen vehicle
2. The older red Dodge Ram refused to yield and a pursuit ensued
3. Suspects fled through Eastside area, reaching speeds of almost 90 mph at times
4. Suspect fled on SSGT Macario Garcia, Telephone, S Wayside, and Southbound on Gulf Fwy feeder
5. Suspect then flipped around and used feeder and main lanes of Gulf fwy till he went down Scott St
6. suspect then went back wrong way on Scott towards 45, when he jumped across Metro lanes and struck a stop sign at Scott & Hadley (on camera)
7. HPD NE, Eastside and K9 worked with HPD Fox (Helicopter) to follow and then perform a PIT Maneuver on Elgin
8. 2 Suspects ( 1 male and 1 female) were then taken into custody without incident
9. a loaded firearm was recovered inside the pickup (video of gun and female in video 2)
