Armed Suspect Rolls A Blunt And Cries During Standoff | Los Angeles

12.20.2021 | 3:00 AM | LOS ANGELES – Officers went in pursuit of a man with a gun in Downtown LA. The suspect led officers through city streets, and is believed to be armed. The suspect drove into the Boyle Heights area, where he went down a dead end street. The suspect turned around and attempted to drive out, however, was blocked in by LAPD officers. He could be seen sitting in the vehicle rolling a blunt and then starting to cry. He could also be seen on video taking a hit from his blunt. LAPD SWAT was enroute to the scene.
