- Officers responded to reports that three subjects had attempted to enter a vehicle before putting a gun to a victim’s back.
- Further reports indicated that three suspects had fled, two carrying firearms.
- Officers quickly arrived and were pointed to a suspect vehicle.
- Officers initiated a high-risk stop and took the first suspect into custody.
- A second suspect, who was hiding in the trunk, eventually complied and was taken into custody.
- The third suspect had reportedly fled towards a nearby apartment complex.
- K-9 units were requested to assist with the search.
- The third suspect was located shortly after.
- A firearm was recovered from the scene.
- Radio traffic indicated that the suspect(s) may be linked to a vehicle theft and robbery.
