Apple Valley: High-Speed Crash Kills One

11.18.2018 | 2:27 AM | APPLE VALLEY – Authorities were investigating after a high-speed crash left one dead, early Sunday morning.

Police and fire officials responded to reports of a rollover crash in the 19100 block of Highway 18 shortly before 2:30 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a small sedan on its roof. Further investigation revealed the driver and solo occupant to be deceased on scene.

A witness reported seeing the sedan traveling at high speeds before losing control and overturning.

Officials had the area closed to traffic pending their investigation.
