Anaheim: Pedestrian Killed While Crossing Street

05.27.2020 | 9:45 PM | ANAHEIM – A pedestrian was struck and killed while crossing a street, Wednesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a pedestrian in the 800 block of South Beach Boulevard around 9:45 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a silver Mazda minivan that had struck a female pedestrian who appeared to be crossing the road outside of a crosswalk.

Firefighter paramedics attempted to render aid to the downed woman but determined she was deceased.

The driver that struck the pedestrian remained on scene and was cooperating with law enforcement.
