Anaheim: Man Shot While Walking Home

10.24.2019 | 1:00 AM | ANAHEIM – A man was injured after being shot while walking home, early Thursday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting near the 700 block of West Water Street around 1:00 AM.

Units arriving on scene located an approximately 20-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower extremities.

Firefighter paramedics treated the man on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in unknown condition.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation.

No suspect description or motive was immediately available.
