Anaheim: Girl Shot To Death By Police On Busy Freeway

07.05.2019 | 7:00 PM | ANAHEIM – Investigators are piecing together what led to a fatal officer-involved shooting along a busy freeway, Friday evening.

The shooting involving an officer with the Fullerton Police Department occuring on the eastbound SR-91 at Tustin Avenue around 7:00 PM.

Firefighter paramedics transported a 17-year-old female who was injured in the shooting to an area hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.

An apparent firearm was discovered at the scene that left the freeway shutdown for hours while authorities investigated.
