Abandoned House Fire Threatens Surrounding Homes | San Bernardino
03.24.2022 | 7:04 PM | SAN BERNARDINO – First responders were dispatched to reports of residential structure fire.
Upon arriving on scene Fire fighters found a vacant single family single story dwelling fully involved with an immediate threat to nearby exposures.
the neighboring homes were all occupied by families but were quickly evacuated.
The house to the east of the burning structure was an immediate threat as a flames and embers were being heavily cast of the house igniting the side and front yard, with a heavy shower of embers falling on the roof.
Fire fighters quickly attacked the threat and saved the home.
The main fire was knocked down in about 30 mins.
No other structures were damaged and there were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under further investigation.
