Abandoned Baby Rescued in Hancock Park – LAPD and LAFD Respond

DETAILS:
- LAPD received a call for an abandoned building next to a Bank of America in the Hancock Park area around 3:00 am.
- A woman was at the scene that had according to police made the call for the abandoned baby but officers stated she was not the mother.
- LAFD was dispatched around 3:30am to the scene to evaluate the baby and ended up transporting the baby to the hospital.
- The lady left the scene after officers took her information.
- A transient near by said he could hear a baby crying but did not see the baby until Police Arrived.
