7-Eleven Robbery Registers Found

LOCATION: 7-Eleven’s robbed – 53rd and Vermont / Figueroa St and 54th / Western Ave and Slauson Ave- Registers dumped in Hawthorne
AREA/CITY: South LA / Hawthorne
DETAILS:
- Multiple suspects believed to be the same suspects that robbed several 7-Elevens a few days ago are believed to have robbed at least 3 more this morning.
- LAPD was able to track one of the registers that led them to the same location as the last robbery, where they dumped the registers.
- The suspects are believed to be between the ages of 13 and 15.
- Suspects last seen in a black sedan.
- 6 to 7 registers recovered empty in an alley near Cranbrook and Doty Ave in Hawthorne, CA.
- Unknown how much money was taken.
- A 7-Eleven employee at the Western Ave and Slauson location was physically assaulted at knifepoint.
