- HPD and HFD responded to reports of a drowning
- Officers arrived immediately prior to HFD and CPR was administered for a 5 year old girl
- The girl was pronounced deceased by HFD on scene
- The girl got out of her apartment and went down to the pool on her own
- The girl was located by another resident, and its unknown how long she was in the water
