4 Transported In MCI Crash | Huntington Beach

07.31.2022 | 1:48 AM | HUNTINGTON BEACH – Just before 2 AM Sunday morning, two cars collided at the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Yorktown Avenue in the city of Huntington Beach. Arriving units from the Huntington Beach Police Department found one driver trapped in her vehicle which had collided with a power pole. The on scene commander from the Huntington Beach Fire Department declared a level one Mass Casualty Incident due to a total of four parties being injured and the entrapped person. It took firefighters approximately 15 minutes to extricate the driver. All four of the injured were transported to local hospitals in unknown condition.
