3 Vehicle Head-On Collision | San Diego

03.21.2022 | 9:25 AM | SAN DIEGO – The male driver of the black car went across the yellow lines into the oncoming traffic for unknown reasons as he was traveling westbound on Willow Glenn. He went head-on into the white car. The male driver of the white car then went head-on into the gold-colored car also driven by a male. The first males were transported with unknown injuries to a local hospital. The 3rd male was not injured. Both directions of travel were blocked and a SIG Alert was issued.
