3-Alarm High Rise Fire Burns Code Enforcement Offices | San Bernardino
06.19.2022 | 9:32 AM | SAN BERNARDINO – Firefighters responded to reports of a structure fire at a county building in San Bernardino. First responders arrived on scene and located a structure with heavy smoke coming from the 4th floor of a San Bernardino County building. The fire was soon upgraded to a second and then a third alarm. The fire was also balanced to a “high rise” fire by the battalion chief. Firefighters were faced with hydrant problems which made getting access difficult. The fire continued to upper extension onto higher floors. Forward progress has been stopped as of 11:02 AM.
