• Phoenix Police and Fire responded to reports of a shooting in 5400 block of Carson Road in Laveen late Saturday evening.
• According to Phoenix Fire radio traffic:
  Officers arrived and located a victim before transporting them to a local area hospital in a patrol car.
• Police surrounded a house on the street and issued commands to the occupants to exit the house with their hands up.
• Over 20 occupants of the house exited the house before being instructed to sit on the sidewalk.
• Officers deployed a drone into the house to verify all occupants had exited.
• Several shell casings were located on the street in front of the house.
• At least one female was placed in handcuffs and escorted to a police car.
