- HCSO VCD is investigating a fatal crash
- Aldine FD, Westfield FD and HCSO D2 was dispatched to reports of a crash with parties trapped
- Arriving companies located a 2 vehicle wreck
- a full size truck had left the roadway after a near head on collision with a Chevy Malibu
- A Husband, wife, and 2 children were inside the truck
- A lone female driver was inside the Malibu
- Female driver of Malibu was pronounced deceased at scene by EMS
- occupants of truck were transported with non life threatening injuries
- Malibu appears to have gone into oncoming traffic prior to impact with the truck
- Witnesses stated the malibu was driving without headlights as well
