2 Vehicle Crash Causes Additional Crashes, East LA

LOCATION: E-60/East of 710 FWY

DETAILS:

1. CHP got reports of a two-vehicle crash on the E-60 FWY just East of the 710 FWY.
2. While CHP was responding, additional vehicles struck the the 2 disabled cars.
3. Multiple people were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
4. Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to extricate a driver who was trapped.
5. Multiple lanes closed.
