2 Teens Cut From Severe Car Crash, 1 Critical

Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire crews responded to reports of a serious vehicle crash near 43rd Avenue & Stetson Hills Loop just north of Happy Valley Road around 1:00 AM.

Upon arrival fire crews located a single vehicle rollover collision with 2 occupants trapped inside.

Firefighter utilized heavy extrication equipment to cut the occupants out of the vehicle.

Per radio traffic, one 16-year-old passenger was transported extremely critical with CPR in progress and a 17-year-old driver was transported serious but stable.

Phoenix Police Vehicular Crimes Units detectives are on scene investigating the incident.

A hard closure has been established for Stetson Hills Loop between Deem Hills Parkway & 43rd Drive.
