2 People and 2 Dogs Killed in High-speed Head-On Crash

DETAILS:

1. Two Dogs and Two People are dead with one person transported to the hospital after a horrific head on collision in the city of Highland
2. On October 15th, 2025, at about 3:00 PM, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s, CalFire, and AMR responded to a head-on collision on East Baseline Avenue and McKinley Avenue.
3. Units arrived at the scene and located a two-vehicle collision.
4. One person was transported with unknown injuries to a local hospital and two victims were pronounced deceased at the scene.
5. Tragically two dogs were killed in the collision.
6. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
7. San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is handling the investigation.
8. Baseline Avenue is closed to traffic in both directions.
