1. Off-duty Santa Monica unit involved in crash, off-duty officer was trapped and needed to be freed by Jaws of Life, and transported
2. Crash involved a Lexus (DUI in black shirt) and a cement truck, no injuries to the truck driver
3. During the investigation, a security guard drove through the scene and was stopped by the CHP
4. The security guard was arrested for DUI
5. Two DUI’s one scene
