1st Alarm Fire Destroys House, Displaces 4 | Phoenix

Fire crews from the cities of Phoenix and Glendale responded to reports of a house fire near the 5700 block of North 41st Drive around 12:30 AM Thursday morning. Upon arrival crews found heavy smoke and flames coming from a 2 story residential structure. Firefighters quickly balanced the assignment to a first alarm working fire pulling multiple hose lines for fire attack as the flames spread throughout the majority of the house. Crews had a difficult time making entry into the home and surrounding yard due to cluttered conditions. Fire crews assigned to roof sector ventilated the roof causing intense flames to erupt from the vent holes. Firefighters pulled 2 unresponsive cats from the blaze. Both cats were fortunately resuscitated with Fido bags and are stable. 2 adults, 2 children and an unconfirmed number of pets have been displaced. Fire investigators are working to determine what caused the fire. For licensing, contact info@onscene.tv Follow our other platforms!
