19 Year Old Killed in Possible Drive-By Shooting

LOCATION: 2200 FM 1960 W (near Kuykendahl)

Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported drive-by shooting.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered a Black male, approximately 19 years old, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Preliminary information suggests there were approximately 75 to 100 people gathered in the parking lot when the shooting occurred.

Investigators believe there were at least two shooters based on the recovery of shell casings from multiple calibers at the scene.

No suspect or suspect vehicle descriptions have been released.

It is unknown if the gathering was a parking lot takeover, although deputies received unconfirmed reports of tire burning in the area.
