1. On February 22nd, at about 9:30 PM, Tacoma PD responded to a report of a person shot at 1111 L St in Tacoma.
2. Units located an 18-year-old who was suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
3. No suspect was located at the scene.
