1. On January 13th, 2024, at about 1:00 AM, San Bernardino PD, County Fire, and AMR responded to a shooting near E St and Court St in San Bernardino.
2. Units arrived at the scene and located a 17-year-old male, non-responsive, with CPR in progress.
3. A large event was hosted down the street, and it is unknown if the victim or suspect originated from the event before the shooting.
4. Many vehicles were trapped inside the parking structure as the crime scene blocked the only entrance and exit.
