15-Year-Old Involved in Fiery Crash

1. an unlicensed 15-year-old was driving eastbound on Scripps Poway Parkway when, for an unknown reason, he crashed into a traffic light.
2. The Ford Bronco immediately caught on fire with the boy inside.
3. 2 Good Samaritans ran over to the crash and pulled the kid out of the burning car.
4. The 15-year-old suffered a compound fracture to a femur and was transported to a local hospital for his major injury.
5. Eastbound Scripps Poway Parkway is closed at Scripps Highland Dr for investigation.
