15 Cows Escape, Wander Onto Houston Roadway

DETAILS:
- Fifteen cows escaped private property
- HPD & HCSO was on the scene to help the owner & dogs wrangle the cows back into the property
- The cows were seen feasting on grass nearby
- At times they walked on the main road and the police were seen with emergency lights and sirens to direct the cows off the roads
- Owner was seen in a pickup truck and he also had a few dogs to help him wrangle the cows back
- The cows eventually returned to the properly and was last seen drinking water after their short-lived adventure
- One local man told us this has happened a few times before where he has seen several cows getting close to cars and scaring drivers, police have been on scene in the past as well
