1 Hurt & Dog Dies In Apartment Fire | Houston

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 12-17-22 / Around 9:20 pm LOCATION: 6150 W Tidwell Rd CITY: Houston DETAILS: HFD responded to reports of an apartment on fire. Arriving crews located a two story apartment complex with heaving fire showing from the second floor of an apartment. Crews made entry and started to extinguish the fire. A deceased dog was discovered inside of that apartment. Fire crews located an elderly man sleeping in an adjacent apartment. He was transported by ambulance for smoke inhalation. Neighbors reported hearing gun shots in that area around the same time the fire started. Authorities are not sure if there was anyone home at the time of the fire.
